Spice
Cinnamon
Cinnamon is a spice with no alcohol in it, not yet used in a drink on this site.
Not to be confused withCassia — The bark most cinnamon sold outside specialist shops actually is: darker, harder and hotter than Ceylon cinnamon, and rolled in one thick layer rather than many thin ones.

USDA FoodData Central (SR Legacy) · 171320 — Spices, cinnamon, ground. Public domain; the bark and the ground spice are the same material. No density is carried: the bark is strained out of everything it is used in, so it displaces nothing in the finished drink, and the record's own figure is a teaspoon of powder.
