Citroën’s supermini since 2002, sharing its underpinnings with the Peugeot 1007 and 206/207 in its first generation and, by its third, splitting into two genuinely unrelated cars sold in parallel: a European hatchback and a “completely unrelated,” in Wikipedia’s own words, model built on a different platform for India and Latin America.[1] Confusingly, Citroën and Wikipedia both call that India/Latin America car part of the “third generation,” while the reskinned European version that followed it in 2024 is labelled a distinct “fourth generation” despite sharing its platform and most of its mechanicals. This catalogue covers three points in that story: the original FC/FN, the European third-generation SX/SY (2016-2024), and the current fourth-generation CC21, on sale in Europe since 2024.
