SAAMI and C.I.P. measure pressure differently and their figures are not interchangeable, which is why the body is always named beside the figure.
Loads
Velocity is recorded per barrel length as published. A gun page interpolates between these points and never projects beyond them.

85 gr bullet, from a handloading data page (Hodgdon), via the Wikipedia infobox. The published velocity on that page is a maximum-handload result tied to a specific powder charge, not a factory-ammunition figure, so it is not recorded.

Detail
The .32 H&R Magnum is a rimmed, straight-walled revolver cartridge Harrington & Richardson and Federal Premium Ammunition introduced jointly in 1984, based on a lengthened .32 S&W Long case. It was designed to give more than twice the velocity and energy of the .32 S&W Long, and it runs at a higher maximum pressure than the .38 Special.
It has been chambered in revolvers from Harrington & Richardson, Ruger, Smith & Wesson and others, and Federal later lengthened the case further into the .327 Federal Magnum, a still higher-pressure cartridge sharing the same bullet diameter.
C.I.P.’s published datasheet for this round gives only its maximum pressure, which is recorded as verified; C.I.P. does not publish the cartridge’s other dimensions on that sheet, so case, overall and diameter figures are converted from Wikipedia’s infobox and recorded as estimated. Two bullet weights are recorded from a handloading data page cited by the same infobox, but that page’s published velocities are maximum-handload results tied to a specific powder charge rather than factory-ammunition figures, so no velocity or energy is recorded for this cartridge. No photograph of a revolver chambered for it appears on this site.
