The Pajero has been Mitsubishi’s flagship off-roader since 1982, sold in various markets as the Montero or the Shogun and built, at different points, under licence as the Hyundai Galloper and in China as the Changfeng/Leopaard Pajero.[1] It went unibody for its third and fourth generations before production paused in 2021, and Mitsubishi revived the nameplate in September 2026 on a body-on-frame platform shared with its Triton pickup. This catalogue covers the original generation, the unibody third generation that carried the name through its most successful decade, and the current fifth generation.
