Revealed in Prague in November 2019 on the Volkswagen Group’s MQB Evo platform, the fourth Octavia was the first Škoda with a head-up display and the first to offer a plug-in hybrid iV drivetrain alongside its petrol and diesel range.[1] It is sold in China in a stretched form as the Octavia Pro, 64 mm longer with a 44 mm longer wheelbase than the version sold in Europe: dimensions this entry records only for the standard European car.

Both trims recorded here give 0-100 km/h directly, so neither figure is converted from a 0-60 mph time. The plug-in hybrid’s power figure is likewise a single published system output, not a sum of its 150 kW combined rating and the electric motor’s separately quoted 85 kW.
