The modern Bugatti is a revival, not a continuation: Ettore Bugatti’s original Molsheim company built cars from 1909 until it was sold to Hispano-Suiza in 1963, and the marque then lay dormant for decades before Volkswagen Group registered Bugatti Automobiles in 1998 and built a new factory on the same Molsheim site to develop what became the Veyron.[1] Bugatti is now a joint venture with Rimac, styled Bugatti Rimac, though cars are still sold under the Bugatti name alone.

Commons records the file as public domain for copyright purposes with an explicit 'trademarked' restriction; the basis for display here is trademark nominative use, not a copyright licence.
Accent colour: Sampled from the mark's own SVG source, which fills its path with no colour attribute (default black). No official coloured Bugatti brand-guideline hex could be sourced; the marque is popularly associated with a dark blue livery, but no specific hex value for it is published, so it is not recorded here.
