Vermouth is wine-based, and wine may be clarified with isinglass, made from fish, or with gelatine. Neither is a declarable allergen and neither has to appear on a label, so whether a particular bottle is vegan is a question about that producer rather than about vermouth.

Producer published figures · bacardilimited.com/nutrition/noilly-prat. Noilly Prat Extra Dry is taken as the reference bottle: it is the dry vermouth most Manhattan and Martini recipes assume by style. The producer's own nutrition page states 18% alc./vol. and, per 1.5 fl oz serving, 48 kcal and 0.9 g of carbohydrate (all sugars), restated per 100 ml here. Dry vermouths generally run from about 15% to 18% ABV and carry only a trace of sugar compared with the red style. No measured density is published for a wine this light; the density-classes.json 'fortified-wine' class is used as the nearest fit, the same class used for this site's sweet vermouth record.
