The original Panamera launched in April 2009 with V8-only S, 4S and Turbo models; a 3.6-litre V6, a diesel, a parallel-hybrid S Hybrid and, from 2011, a Turbo S followed over the next two years.[1] The Diesel (sharing its Audi-sourced V6 with the contemporary Cayenne Diesel) was, at launch, the most fuel-efficient car Porsche had ever built, rated at 6.3 L/100 km.

Three trims are recorded here: the naturally aspirated V8 Panamera S, the V6 turbodiesel, and the twin-turbocharged V8 Turbo. The Diesel’s 0-100 km/h time is not recorded: the only accelerative figure the source gives for it is a 0-62 mph time, a different speed threshold from the 0-100 km/h this catalogue stores, so that field is left empty rather than converted. The Turbo’s drag coefficient is recorded with a note: the figure the source publishes (0.30) is explicitly for the closely related Turbo S, not confirmed identical for the standard Turbo.
