Body style

Powertrain

Unveiled in November 2022 on Honda’s new HA platform, the current Accord dropped the previous generation’s optional 2.0-litre turbo and coupe body entirely, settling on a single 1.5-litre turbo four or a hybrid, sold only as a four-door saloon.[1] It grew in every dimension over its predecessor to make room for the hybrid system’s battery, and Honda expected (correctly, going by 2024 US sales) that the hybrid would account for half the car’s sales going in.

No combined system output is recorded for the hybrid (CY2) here: Honda publishes the petrol engine and the electric motor’s figures for the previous generation’s version of this powertrain, but not a combined system number for this generation, and this site does not sum hybrid outputs that were never published as one figure.
