Producer-stated strength · Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao, retailer product pages. Strength taken as Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao's own 40% ABV, the modern reference bottle for a Mai Tai and consistently stated across retailer listings of the product. No sugar or energy figure is carried: neither Pierre Ferrand nor the older De Kuyper and Bols orange curaçaos this record also stands in for publish one, and the few third-party figures found for them disagree by a wide margin, so the figure is omitted rather than estimated. Density is the sweetened-liqueur class from density-classes.json, marked estimated, because no liquid-measure source exists for this product.

Substitutes

Maraschino liqueur: Trades the orange peel character for a stone-fruit one and is considerably drier, so the drink loses both its citrus top note and some of its sweetness.

A general substitute is a browsing aid rather than a drink-specific claim. Where a particular drink has a substitution worth making, it says so on its own page and recomputes the spec for it.
