The current 911, in production since 2019 and the first generation to offer a factory hybrid: the 992.2 Carrera GTS T-Hybrid, launched in 2024, pairs a turbocharged flat-six with a small electric motor and a 1.9 kWh battery.[1] The trim recorded here is the earlier, purely petrol 992.1 Carrera S: twin-turbocharged, rear-drive, an 8-speed dual-clutch gearbox as standard, and, with the optional Sport Chrono package, a 0–100 km/h time under three and a half seconds from a car that still weighs under 1.5 tonnes.

The dimensions on this entry are stored as the lowest figure Wikipedia gives across the whole 992 range (narrow-body Carrera up to wide-body Turbo and GT3) rather than a single trim’s exact number, and each field’s note says so. That is a deliberate simplification: this generation now spans a T-Hybrid GTS, a naturally-aspirated GT3, an off-road Dakar and more variants than one entry can usefully enumerate.
